• Products must be exchanged ( for bigger or smaller sizes) in the same condition as received, with all tags intact within 48 hrs of delivery.
• We do not offer return or refund once the product has been sold, unless you want to exchange the size and its not available with us. 
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns and exchanges are not applicable on discounted or sale products.

• We are in an endeavor to showcase the product color to its truest but it does look slightly varied under different lights and on different screens namely phones, tablets, laptops and PCs and other smart gadgets.
• Despite producing new prints and patterns in-house each day, we are yet forced to outsource few products from other vendors to ensure a good mix satisfying all customer tastes and preferences. 
•  Delicate fabrics need cautious handling from wear and tear and dry cleaning. Though plain cotton fabrics and its likes are sturdy and easily home washable.

All products will be delivered within 2 days across UAE.

Shipping Fee Across DUBAI
For Orders below 400 a fee of 7 AED is charged, for orders above 400 shipping fee is free.

Shipping Fee Across Other Emirates
A flat shipping fee of 20 AED is charged for delivery across sharjah, ajman, ras al kahimah, al ain and abu dhabi.

•  We carry extra sizes ( if available in stock) for you to try on while delivering your order, to ensure a faster exchange and smooth customer experience.

• If you are not comfortable with the above option or if there are no multiple sizes available then : 

1. Exchange requests can be made 2 days of receiving the products.
2. If its a size issue then we will happily exchange the size for you provided the product is in the same condition as delivered. 

• If we don't have the size for you to exchange then you can either purchase another product or we will refund your money.
