Living in the UAE, we are used to the convenience of modern life—except when it comes to finding high-quality Indian ethnic wear. The idea of navigating crowded local bazaars, dealing with traffic, hunting for parking, and braving the intense heat can make traditional shopping a daunting experience. We knew that many women shared this frustration, and we set out to change that.
This led to the creation of Meraki Vastram. The word Meraki means "infused with love," and Vastram means "clothing." Together, they symbolize our passion for bringing you beautifully crafted ethnic wear, made with love, care, and ease.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Meraki Vastram was founded in August 2024 by Mriganka Bhatia, who embarked on this entrepreneurial journey with her savings and a vision to create a better shopping experience for women in the UAE.
A graduate of BITS Pilani and a post-graduate from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Mriganka left her role as a Business Planner at TikTok to follow her passion for fashion and entrepreneurship.
What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a thriving business where Mriganka personally manages everything—from sourcing and marketing to sales, customer service, and even delivery.
